Es ist das erste Album mit Jim O'Rourke als fünftem Bandmitglied, nachdem er bei dem Vorgänger NYC Ghosts & Flowers schon mitgewirkt hatte.
Aufgenommen und gemixt wurde es von August 2001 bis März 2002 von Jim O'Rourke @ Echo Canyon NYC
