Auf der Videocompilation befinden sich Videos zu allen elf Stücken des Albums Goo (1990), sowie zu Dirty (1992), Experimental Jet Set, Trash and No Star (1994), Washing Machine (1995), A Thousand Leaves (1998), NYC Ghosts & Flowers (2000) und Murray Street (2002).
Als Bonusmaterial gibt es noch Kommentare, Interviews und vier zusätzliche Videos. Außerdem gibt es My Sonic Room, in dem ein Fan im Jahr 1990 die Wände ihres Zimmers mit dem berühmten Cover von Goo bemalt, sowie eine Fotomontage von Spike Jonze.
Zahlreiche mehr oder weniger berühmte Gäste sind in den Videos zu sehen, so ist der Darsteller von Kevin, allein zu Haus [1], Macaulay Culkin in Sunday zu sehen, sowie Jason Lee (My Name Is Earl [2]) oder die Regisseurin Sofia Coppola.
